REFUND POLICY
The Mood Space will consider the following conditions and instances where a refund will be applicable and anything beyond these instances would be taken up by the management on a case-to-case basis. The following instances are:
-
If there was an accounting error and you were charged more than the actual amount, the overcharged amount will be refunded.
-
If there was any defect in services and/or if you found the service to be unsatisfactory and if the company is able to validate your feedback post investigation, the organization will instead of refunding, re-perform the services.
-
If the dissatisfaction is noted post the first session, you will be matched with another therapist. If the dissatisfaction continues with the new therapist, a complete, partial, or pro-rated refund will be issued on a case-to-case basis.
-
If the dissatisfaction is noted post the completion of more than one session, you will be matched with another therapist. In this scenario, you will only get your leftover sessions for the ongoing package. If the dissatisfaction continues with the new therapist, a partial or pro-rated refund will be issued on a case-to-case basis.
-
In case you wish to pause or discontinue therapy, a credit note will be issued. This credit note is transferable and can be shared with friends or family.
-
There is a cut-off date for the eligibility of the refund. The notification of wanting a refund must be communicated to your Mental Health Coordinator within a period of 10 days of the latest session and beyond this period The Mood Space will not consider a refund.
In the review of individual cases, decisions taken by The Mood Space management team will be considered final.

CANCELATION POLICY

We understand that there may be times when the session needs to be rescheduled or canceled either by the therapist or the client. To ensure a sense of responsibility towards the therapeutic space, we have laid certain guidelines when it comes to cancellations.
-
In case I need to cancel or reschedule a session, I will inform The Mood Space 6 business hours prior to my session.
-
I understand that if I do not show up for a session without canceling or informing my therapist with prior notice, I will be charged for the entire session, and noted as a last-minute cancellation or no show.
-
I am responsible for being available for my session on time and at the time scheduled. If I am late:
-
I understand that the appointment would need to end on time.
-
If not informed about the delay, my therapist will only wait for 15 minutes. In case I do not happen to show up, the therapist will end the meeting and the session will be marked canceled.
-
-
In case my therapist happens to cancel the session at the last minute on several occasions, I am allowed to inform The Mood Space team about the same.
