What if I need help outside of operational hours?

We’re currently available from 4 PM to 10 PM. If you need assistance outside these hours, please refer to helpling numbers at www.care.themoodspace.com/helplines

In case you have signed up outside of operational hours, we will make sure to call you during our operational times.

 

Is this the same as therapy?

No, this is not therapy. Our sessions are meant to provide you with a safe space to vent, express your emotions, and feel heard. If you need therapy, we can help connect you with a licensed professional.

 

Who will I be speaking to?

You will be connected with a trained expert listener - someone who understands the importance of holding space for your emotions and making sure you feel supported.

 

Can I choose my listener?

While we aim to match you with a listener based on availability, we strive to ensure you feel comfortable during your session.

 

Will my conversation be private?

Absolutely. Your session is completely confidential, and your information will never be shared.

 

What if I need more time after my session ends?

If you feel like you need a longer session, you’re welcome to book another one. We also offer therapy services if you’re looking for deeper support. Sign up at www.themoodspace.com/getstarted.

 

Can I book a session for someone else?

Yes, you can book a session on behalf of someone else by messaging us on WhatsApp. Just make sure you share their contact details and also that they are comfortable and aware of the session.

 

What if I need immediate crisis support?
